Personal income tax
CRA's PDOC covers federal, provincial and territorial payroll deductions except Quebec provincial deductions. Quebec income tax, QPP and QPIP use Revenu Québec's WebRAS.
Filing & deadlines
PDOC was updated for July 2026. Enter the actual payment date; mid-year payroll adjustments are not interchangeable with annual tax rates. A payroll estimate is not an annual return.
Business and scope
Employers should use payroll deduction and remittance guidance. A printed PDOC calculation is not a complete official statement of earnings.

Automatically calculates CPP, CPP2, EI, federal/provincial income tax, basic and employment credits, Ontario surtax/health premium/LIFT, and BC's revised 2026 5.6% rate and tax reduction. RRSP is deducted from cash and taxable income only within your confirmed CRA deduction room. Results are annual estimates after the modelled non-refundable credits, not monthly withholding or a complete tax return. Refundable benefits (including CWB), tuition, disability, donations, other pension plans and other provinces are excluded; no benefit refund is added to wages.
