Argentina · Tax guide

Argentina publishes separate first-half, second-half and annual income-tax deduction tables. Match the table to the payment period.

Personal income tax

Personal deductions include the non-taxable amount, family charges and special deductions. January–June 2026 figures must not be used unchanged for July–December payroll.

Filing & deadlines

SiRADIG records deductions, tax perceptions and additional employment income through F.572 Web. It supplies the withholding agent with information; it is not a general net-pay calculator.

Business and scope

The personal Ganancias guidance distinguishes income categories. Self-employed and company obligations require their own assessment and cannot use employee special deductions automatically.

Automatically applies each month's published ANSES ceiling to 11% SIPA, 3% PAMI and 3% obra social. Income-tax withholding uses October's cumulative ARCA table and deductions, with a monthly 1/12 SAC provision and corresponding social deductions (no June provision reconciliation). Cash gross includes the SAC actually paid in June; the provision is used only for tax. This is a cumulative withholding estimate, not the final 2026 annual tax or October-only take-home pay. No unpublished November/December ceilings are guessed. Family claims must qualify throughout January–October; children are under 18 or unable to work, resident and supported, within the statutory income limit. Disabled children are entered separately. The actual payroll may differ if its SAC reconciliation method differs.
